Steps
Draw your practice design on paper. I chose to recreate Lambert of Saint-Omer's Lily diagram from the Liber Floridus in my own design.

Ghent, University Library, MS 92, fol. 230v
My design On the glass that came with the frame, I then placed my drawing underneath it and traced my design with the relief outliner. I ensured the lines were thick and had no gaps, so that when I came to use the vitrail transparent paint, the colours would not blend.
I then waited about 30 minutes until the outline had dried.
Once dry, I painted in the colour using vitrail transparent paint, then waited for it to dry.
I framed my painting.

Finished glass painting I absolutely loved this session! It is definitely something that I would do again. It would be fun to do paintings straight onto a window. I found that my drawing really came to life once it was painted on glass.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on Fateme Noorie. All I know is that she is a local artist. If you want to know more about her work, she occasionally runs workshops at Swathmore Education Centre. Please refer to their website to see when these are. https://www.swarthmore.org.uk/courses-workshops
